Posting Times Guide

  1. Before work

Many people check their phones early in the morning and on the commute. Short, clear posts and WhatsApp Status updates suit this window.

  2. Lunch break

Midday is a natural pause for scrolling. A good slot for offers, menus and "order now for delivery today" posts.

  3. Evenings

After work and dinner, people often have more time to read captions, watch videos and reply to messages. Good for longer posts, stories and replies to enquiries.

  4. Weekends

Saturday mornings can work well for shopping posts. Sunday evenings suit planning content for the week ahead.

  5. Paydays and seasons

Plan bigger campaigns around month-end paydays, back-to-school, Easter, Independence Day and Christmas.

Test with your own audience. These are general patterns, not rules. Every audience is different: check the insights in your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok account, try different times for a few weeks, and keep what works for your customers.
